8U Freshman               M, Tu Wed & Th      6:00-8:00pm
10U Sophomores      M, Tu Wed & Th      6:00-8:00pm
12U Juniors                  M, Tu Wed & Th      6:00-8:00pm
14U Seniors                 M, Tu Wed & Th      6:00-8:00pm

• Regular season practices begin July 15th
• Practices are held at Valley Ridge Park in Seatac, WA 
• PLEASE BE ON TIME to drop off and pick up your athlete from practices. Late pick-up may be charged a late pick-up fee. 
• Football season consists of a Jamboree and 8 games. Teams who make it to the playoffs and Nationals will continue to play into November or December
